On March 7, right before the International Women’s Day, we have the pleasure to welcome the Berlin based artists Olympia Bukkakis and Maria F. Scaroni, with their performance Unsex Me Here, at our new space, which we share with Fuxia2.
Unsex Me Here is a work that explores the figures of the queen and the witch in the historical imagination of the West, as well as in the queer and now. Through their own lived experiences and their shared practice of drag somatics, trans femmes meet sages-femmes, the perimenopausal become serious regal bitches and voiceless queens make themselves heard.
